It just clumps in a ball that you have to mash against the side of the mug. The solution is a battery operated milk frother. It works like a charm. Perfectly blends with no clumps. I pour an inch of coffee in my cup, blend, and add the rest of the coffee. It has no taste or grit.

A: My apologies, this product has dairy in it :) i was referencing our Ultra Pure IgG product, so to be clear Ultra Pure Colostrum is gluten free and soy free :)

**Q: Can you ingest it straight out of the can?**
A: I guess you can do that, but what I usually do is simply add it to my unsweetened almond milk.

Prior to being disabled, my life was all about weight lifting, fitness, fun and action. I purchased this product less than a month ago. Definitely not 30 servings in the pouch, because I am on here looking to order more. I use the provided scoop and only use 1 per day. Definitely invest in a frother! Much better for incorporating the product and it’s like a latte after. I mix with Cuppa mushroom coffee. So good. I have felt a slight difference since using this product
