Signature Chef 5" Damascus Steel Santoku Knife

The knife arrived very sharp. The steel is VG 10 so I expected it to be. I was very happy and surprised with the quality box and tip protectors. Keep it clean and oiled. I use food grade mineral oil to wipe down with paper towel. Not wet, but enough to see it shine.

Better than I expected for the price. Excellent quality of steel with a full tang that extends to the butt. A bit small, but perfect for herbs and finer cutting and chopping.

I bought ut for my daughter and it's a perfect size for her. Sharp, comfortable, all around a great little kitchen knife!

This is a great compact knife for fruits vegetables etc... Superb quality very sharp.

I received this knife well wrapped in a nice gift worthy box. It is solid and an appropriate weight especially for the price. It is not real layered Damascus steel but at that price I didn’t expect it to be. The blade is too narrow for a Santoku at 1 inch and should be 1.25 of 1.5 inches. A nice general purpose knife at a reasonable price but I returned it without issues.
