I must say that we buyers often viewour purchases like hawks, makes ng certain that if our product purchased has special packaging qualities...or come with words claiming the product is "perfect", we often hold them to their word! Quality assurance is EVERYTHING. My came, as did others, with the advertising that these caramels we're "factory fresh", something they always were when sent to me via Amazon. Folks, THEE #1 reason I buy food here is more than just pricing: food MUST BE FRESH, and sadly, this particular shipment lacked that freshness I do looked forward to! You know when you've bought caramels at the supermarket, opened them later.... and what you ended up chewing into was a sample of petrified, rock-hard caramels that could cause dental nightmares? Not to mention be tasteless mirror less,? This shipment was not THAT bad, but surely, this was NOT factory fresh. Put it this way, I enjoyed them as I always do, but for freshness, I'd grade it as a solid C - minus. Not what I paid for, but I had worse. Future orders going to the previous supplier, just to check back to see if he can still maintain that undefeated scorecard!! Thanks, though, for delivering the package on time! Just perhaps do some quality assessments on your own stores, open one bag for every 250 shipped....

Arrived very nicely packaged, not crushed. The appearance looked like they were just made. The product was soft, fresh and delicious. . . not too sweet, just perfect!
