This does what is suppose to do. Is gentle and no cramps

I come to tell you, from the toilet, that this indeed works better than any stool softener the big stores sell. Just mentally and physically prepare yourself to stay seated on the toilet and to be close enough to run for a few hours to a few days. Im Sicilian. I indulge in many cheeses, breads and things that typically would constipated ya. Constipation runs in my family as well. I take 2 of these 1x a week when I notice my stool becoming a Lil more bulky than id like to push out... and before I know it, im running to the bathroom as If id devoured 10 bags of lettuce from the store (if you know, you know). Make the purchase. Stay close to the pot. This shan't help a stuck turd-- if youre already compacted terribly, get in there and break it up manually & gently. Or have a doctor do so. This stuff will keep you regulated after. Good luck.

Don’t work at all

I take a medication that makes me constipated. I started these and they work like a charm! So much better than OTC laxatives. They are very gentle on the stomach and dont cause any diarrhea like some OTC laxatives can.

It started working for me on day 4, It is very gentle, No uncomfortable cramps, drink, plenty of liquids, would highly recommend.
