I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is very good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, before completing one year, the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support I have 5 because of their customer support
