I did not know a thing about this product, or the maker. Took a chance, I have a few All-Clad items, Farberware, even Demeyere. This was a bit on the $$ side but rivet free inside that fact is nice. Was very pleased, very nice pot, handles look nice and are not hot, size is useful enjoy the glass lid. Yes, glass can break be very careful with it. I'd buy again. Well made very shinny both inside & out if that helps, holds heat well and heats up ok.

I like the size, the lack of no-stick finish (I plan to use my hand electric mixer to mash potatoes after co9king them in the pot), but the handles are not the best (a little sharp, but sturdy).

I ordered this pot to make soup. Easy cleanup too.

My family does a lot of cooking for our family of seven so we rely on quality and affordability. This brand and this particular pan delivers both and then some. The stockpot is made of good quality materials and distributes heat beautifully. The handles stay cool enough to move the pot around without burning yourself even if the contents is boiling hot.The pot cleans up quickly with just a wipe of a soapy dishcloth and a quick rinse. So far I haven't had anything stick or scald to the inside. I keep a supply of stainless steel cleaner on hand for some of my other stainless cookware, but haven't had to use it with this.I fully recommend Stambe and this pot in particular.

I love this pot. The material is great quality, which you notice as soon as you pick this pot up by its weight and sturdiness. It's really convenient being able to see in the pot through the transparent lid and both lid and pot are very easy to clean. In fact, there hasn't been much to clean because it does not get burnt/stuck with food often. I've been sticking it in the dishwasher and every time, it comes out perfectly shiny and clean, which I really like. I haven't had to scrub it at all.

This 3.8-quart pot is a size that I did not have and I'm finding that I really do like this size. It's the perfect size for making marinara, soups, and much more. The Tri-ply stainless is of excellent quality and it's easy to get a nice dark fond going on it without burning too quickly. I like the double handles too, but you do need potholders. It's great that the pot can also go into the oven. You can make your mirepoix on top of the burner and finish your dish in the oven. I also appreciate that the lid is glass and has a little hole for steam to escape.**Love that it can go in the dishwasher.I think the price is reasonable for such a nice pot. It's not an All-Clad, but it's a very nice, affordable pot, a handy size, and performs really well.

This post is made of “304 stainless”. IT’s not the highest grade, which is 18-8, but it’s close. It will not rust, but can tarnish.This pot has a nice look… Weight… And feel to it. I like the fact that the top is glass so you can see inside. Works with all types of cooktops.This pot is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of fifty-three bucks I’m sure it’s twice the price it should be, but overall I like it.
