This is a 20% stretch webbing which makes it ideal for the seat portions of furniture. It could also be used to web the backs if a firmer back is desired.

This webbing contains about 20% elastic. The stretch is pretty comparable and it makes a great replacement for the Pirelli webbing.

Q: How to use these on tubular metal frame without predrilled holes?

It will depend on whether it is round tube or square tube. If it's square tube, I'd suggest drilling through tube and then using a machine screw and nut to secure it in place. If it is round tubing, I would suggest not using the metal clips as they won't be able to seat properly. The webbing would just be installed directly onto the round tubing.

Q: Does the clamps fit Eddie Bauer patio furniture

The clamps need either a place to screw in to or you can use them to help wrap the webbing around a bar in the furniture. So it all depends on what style your piece of furniture is.
