CMT838.317.11 Roundover Bit, 1/4-Inch Shank, 3/8-Inch Radius, Carbide-Tipped

This bit is no better than the cheaper bits I've bought and used on amazon.

The packaging says it is a 3/8 radius. The bit in the package was 1/2 radius. I tried talking to Amazon Customer service but I could not understand the lady in the Philippines. I asked to speak to someone in the U.S. that didn't have an accent. I was then connected to a person in the U.S. but I could not explain the problem to him for some reason and he said Amazon would call me. Than I got a robo-call with a code. I have no idea what I am supposed to do with it.I have spent over two hours trying to talk to someone at Amazon who speaks English but is willing to hear me out on what the problem actually is.

Worked well on very hard maple

This bit was sharp and accurate

Never used router bits before so have nothing to compare it to - BUT it works flawlessly. Looks like a quality product and should last for years. It cut the molding like a hot knife through butter......no problem. Would buy more of this brand in other sizes, absolutely.
