This is a fantastic kitchen utensil. I love the long handle because if I’m frying something it lessens the chance I’ll get splattered with painful hot grease. It’s durable and versatile. I use it for picking up many things I cook like boiled potatoes and vegetables. It’s strong, sturdy and the perfect thickness. The price was reasonable.

Years ago I created a product selling on Amazon which allows you to make restaurant quality chicken wings from home. I show full cooking methods including air frying, oil frying & turkey frying. After starting with the air & oil frying methods (using the smaller residential appliances) I quickly discovered I needed to find a much bigger cooking solution since my family absolutely inhales the wings. This strainer/skimmer is AWESOME! I use it for wings, veggies & every single straining/skimming use I can think of. Very sturdy, good quality been using it for about two weeks now, comes in handy when I need to debone the chicken and strain the vegetables. Also great to pick up cat litter. Sturdy it doesn't get hot the handle. Would highly recommend this company. I would purchase from them again.
