I bought this cream as I have the most horrible hands. I have been hairdressing for 30years and have always had dry cracked scaly skin on my hands. I have tried every cream going to try to get some relief. Moistrizing umpteen times a day with very little obvious relief. My hands were so dry that they stuck to my clothing and towels. So when I saw this I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. My hands are incredible. The scaly patches on all my fingers have disappeared before my eyes. I have hands that I like for the first time in years. My hands usually bleed at this time of year and I am sure that is not going to happen this time. Definitely worth a try if you are a dry skin sufferer. Not highly perfumed, easily absorbed and just does the job it says. Doesn't cost the earth as you don't need much. What's not to love?

I've been using this cream for almost a week now. The scent is super pleasant, not strong and the cream itself is moisturising and absorbs pretty fast. I use it on my palm-plantar psoriasis, and the urea is foundamental in my routine. I normally use a 30% pure urea cream and thought I would increase it a bit because is currently flaring up. Urea plus hyaluronic acid is a good mix. I reckon this cream for skin without any specific condition like mine, it will result in being more moisturizing. The salicylic acid claimed on the package is not listed in the ingredients.

I suffer from cracked heels, I am constantly razoring and applying various creams to avoid splitting heels. Having used numerous makes with differing results, this one had the quickest results and I will buy again. All i have to do now is remember to apply it!

Big improvement after 4 days

I purchased this cream as a present for my husband who suffers with very cracked heels. So far we’ve seen brilliant results in just a few days. We’ve noticed the skin on his feet and his toe nails are much smoother. The cream is also quite thick and smells lovely!

It is a good cream but for sure not 40% ureia.

I was surprised at how quickly this product started the healing process in my cracked heel. Use lightly and it works.
