Great value
I've waited several months to write a review because we're on our 2nd unit. The short version is, it's working just fine now and meets our needs. Good bargain. Now for the long version for those with more time: The first one delivered had a defect in the hot water tap...it fell off! We had very hot water pouring out at us. We contacted the company via email and got excellent, immediate service. They apologized for the problem and sent another one out. They didn't require the broken one to be sent back. The second one has had zero issues. Water quality is perfect (no funny odors or taste) and the temp is just fine. The taps are staying on and no other part has malfunctioned. Makes a good cup of hot tea or oatmeal in an instant. The cold water dispenses cold enough for me to drink but if I want it colder, I just add ice. I like that my kids can manipulate the dispenser to get their own water. The only con I have is that it is a little top heavy when a full 5 gal. bottle is on there. This water tower is pretty light weight.

Water cooler
After being ripped off for years having water delivered to my home and decided to get my own water cooler. This is a worthwhile investment pays for itself the moment you receive it. Quiet in running You don't hear it and it works really well I recommend it.I bought mine with a 3-year warranty and I would do the same.

Works fine. Good value
Yeah, there were negative reviews. The darn thing works just fine, the water, after purging it once or twice (and not gallons of water either) the taste is perfectly unaltered -- just good water! Yes, it is short, yes it is plastic, but as long as you are not a seven foot gorilla, it is just fine. It hears water, it cools water, it dispenses water. What more can you ask for?

Unsatisfactory
Unfortunately this product I purchased was not fortunate. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Amazon and the party seller but not helpful. Ever since the first day I unboxed this water cooler it’s been dysfunctional and leaking water constantly. There is a number on the back to get in contact with to overcome this issue but the number is unreachable. Clearly it’s obvious that their item is poorly sourced and they stamp a number on the back to “solve” any problem and to NOT RETURN the product.

Work good and serves its purpose
It is light and easy to move without water jug. It is low enough for me to put in a 5 gallon jug without hurting my back from lifting it up. The water get hot enough for tra or coffee but not burning hot where you have to wait to drink it. Love that you can turn on/off hot water with just a switch on the back and can be reach from the front to turn it on or off. It does have a odor when first use and have to flush out a few gallons. It is better to use only hot water so it does not have the smell. It is a good product for the price.

I did not know there are switches to turn on the hot and cold water on the back.
I had this unit for months. It only dispensed room temperature water. I figured the unit was so cheap, I got what I paid for. Then I had an appliance serviceman come to my house to fix my ice maker. I asked him to look at the water cooler and he showed me the 2 switches on the back that I was not aware of. I did not see that these switches were present in the manual that came with the unit. It works great now. the manual should highlight these switches.

So cool...
We were hesitant to purchase this based on price, as I bought one for $200 for our shop with no hot. I love this thing. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the cooling and heating element at first because I lost the instructions(on top right hand corner... also bleed the hot first!) but it works awesome! The cold water is decently cold, but the HOT water... is hot enough to cook ramen. Bam. Don't worry, it has a child lock thingy. It's not very loud, it's pretty, and the cubby is good for stashing all my teas. The only downside is the space to place a cup under the spouts could be a bit wider. I set a coffee cup on it and it fell off onto my foot.

Leaked
The drain cap on the back leaked. I put thread tape on it and it still leaked. I found out that the leak was coming from the behind the plastic nut even though it was tight. The problem was the screw on cap has a plastic washer that keeps you from losing the cap. I unscrewed the cap retainer thingy and put the nut back on and used thread tape and it is no longer leaking. For now?
