Not a hiker
So I’m not a hiker…. But I really dislike wearing shoes. I started wearing barefoot shoes about a year ago only when I have to of course bc I’d rather just be barefoot. I switched my sneakers over and then my dress shoes but hadn’t found a good replacement for my rainbow sandals yet. That was until I found these. These sandals are so comfortable. I was hesitant to try sandals for a while bc I have very sensitive skin/ I’m just sensitive to things touching my ankles. The type I tried previously had the cord that went through the toes and around the ankle and it was just too uncomfortable for me to wear. It is not the case with these sandals though. The fabric is a lot softer and does not irritate my skin or ankles at all. The Velcro is awesome on the ankle as well as it it easy to adjust for a good fit every-time. The soles are extremely flexible and feels almost like I’m not wearing shoes at all. These are just everyday shoes for me now. I live in a beach town so thankfully it’s socially except-able to wear sandals pretty much all year round even in the winter. I know these are made for hikers however if they came out with a “prettier” version of these I’d totally buy again. Maybe a brown sole with some cream or white straps. Either way these are just awesome! I told my husband just the other day these are the best shoes I’ve ever owned.

Feels like I’m barefoot…Perfect!
I love these so light and airy! Protects feet from ground but still allowed complete movement. They do look big when you first put them on so make sure to adjust straps while standing and you will see an amazing fit! My only down side is the toe while is a little too tight but that was probably done on purpose as I’m sure these will stretch to fit y toes! Very excited to see on Amazon. Zero shoes website doesn’t offer refunds if you don’t like the shoe so I never purchased the sandles because I’m very picky. I love my shoes so I totally recommend this brand! See photos will help you know how to adjust to your personal foot!!

Comfortable
Very flat sole. That’s what I wanted!

Practically perfect
I love these sandals. They are lightweight and feel great. The only complaint I have is the toe 'box' is a bit wide which isn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and I ended up sewing a small piece of velcro to the instep strap to hold the heel strap in place as it was too long after adjusting the fit. Although the price is rather ridiculous, I do love the comfort of them.

Adjustable width!
I have very wide feet so it can be har do find good fitting shoes, even a pair of Xero shoes was too narrow before. When I first tried these on, they seemed too wide! Then I scanned the QR code for how to adjust the fit and I was able to get the perfect fit - I’m pretty sure you could do this for any width. I am already a fan of barefoot style shoes, so I love being able to expand my sandal wardrobe this way. (Last summer when I first discovered Xero shoes, I tried their simplest sandals and wore nothing else the whole summer. I am now addicted to barefoot shoes.)

Floppy, Not Good In Water
I got these on a recommendation to use for biking/light hiking/other outdoor activity and quite frankly I hate them. I usually wear size 9.5-10 because I have super wide feet and struggle with edema, but I bought these in a 9 because they were said to run big. Even with all that, the front strap is very loose and there is no way tighten it, so these flop around with every step and I tripped a couple of times before I learned to walk like a stupid clown. The velcro on the ankle strap is only at the end, so when I have them tightened around my ankles, there is less than an inch of connection (again, I have large swollen feet so this shocked me), and the strap sticks out and catches on things with the exposed velcro.Possibly the worst shoes I have ever tried to cross a shallow stream in - the velcro immediately came apart in the water and because of how floppy they are in the front, they drag and suck up stones pebbles from the river - I tripped and went down on a knee and finally had to take them off and go barefoot. Then the velcro didn’t want to stay connected once wet. I do a lot of hiking/backpacking so I’m not some uncoordinated git. I would honestly rather just go in Rainbows.

These are the best sandles
I love these candles. My previous pair I have had for about 5 years and wear them all the time. I am a simple person who only wears 2 pairs of shoes, boots for around the farm or if its cold out and sandals for all the other times. I have hiked, done farm work and anything you would do with any other shoe with these shoes and they are great. I even wore them in the granite bottom streams in NY and never slipped. The old ones are still in great shape except that the hook and loop finally gave out so I had to knot the back together. I finally bought a new pair and happy to say they are still the same as the old pair. Other xero shoes they have changed and made the sole thicker these are still the same feel the ground type sole that I love. Wish I could say the same for the trail boots. Hopefully these sandles hold up just as well or better than the old pair. I have back and foot issues and going bearfoot has helped me so much. It takes some getting used to but once you do you will never want to go back to regular shoes.

Size runs very large.
I wanted to love this sandal; it’s my fav color. But after ordering my usual shoe size I found that there was nearly two inches of sandal jutting out beyond my toes. Also the straps, when cinched down, were way beyond where the Velcro ended so couldn’t secure them to my foot. Had to return them.

Nice sandals but gave me blisters after the first wear
These are a nice barefoot sandal that were comfortable when wearing around the house to test them in case i needed to return them but gave me blisters on the bottom of my feet when I went out in them for a short walk. I'm used to wearing barefoot shoes and was hoping these would be a nice summer option but they haven't worked out for me and I'm unsure of whether I can return them as they have been worn albeit very briefly.

Disappointed
I’ve been in barefoot shoes for 2 years now, these were my first pair of sandals and sadly disappointed. They felt really uncomfortable on the toe and also the heel.I’ll stick with Vivo, they are pricey but they are comfy!
