I had one of these mirrors many years ago and unfortunately forgot it in a rental. I got a replacement but it didnt' attach in the same way and with the slightest bump it would fall off. So I'd always have to be careful opening the sun visors.I finally decided to replace that one and it is such a different. This is much easier to mount to the OEM mirror and stays put when you need to adjust the mirror for different drivers. The clamps are a bit stiff and needed more effort to attach than I expected, however that also means it has a tight grip on the OEM mirror.When I drive a vehicle without one of these wide angle mirrors, I feel like I'm at a disadvantage with blind spots. This is really helpful for minimizing blind spots. It fits well around the mirror and moves easily with it. Check out my photo of the other design to avoid.

No more blinds spots! I can literally almost see 180 degrees behind me. This is for my Honda Element. Great mirror. Sturdy and feels solid. I have one of these for every car in my family. Highly recommended

Installing the product is quick and easy. It worked great. The problem I had was when it sat in the sun the plastic got soft and twisted. This caused the mirror to break and pop out. The problem is the plastic used for the main body of the mirror is to soft and flexes when it heats up. There are not enough vertical ribs to stiffen the body to prevent flexing when it heats up. The glass is held in by compression not glue. Change the plastic to withstand heat, add vertical ribs for added stability. The concept is good, but the design is flawed. There should have been testing of the product in extreme heat conditions. The quality should go in before the name goes on!

Great blind spot views, fits great for SUV’s and even works as a backseat mirror to keep an eye on the kids!

I’ve been using this back mirror for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m very pleased with it. The size is perfect—not too bulky, but large enough to give a wide, clear view even for blind spot. The mirror quality is above average, with minimal distortion. It was easy to install and feels secure once mounted.The frame feels a bit lightweight, and I wonder about its long-term durability. But so far, it’s holding up well.

Thought this was going to be a good rear view mirror attachement for the VW bus but not really. The mirror has a great field of vision, because it’s wide and panoramic. But the quality of the actual images in the mirror are distorted and not very clear. I do believe that it is made of glass and not plastic, but the images are just not clear and hard to see especially at night. There also seems to be a haziness to the images. It would have scored more stars if it were more optically clear.

I like the product very much for seeing but I live in Florida where the heat is very bad and the plastic around the mirror got soft like almost melted and the mirror fell out. I was able to get it back together but now when I leave the car I take it with me which makes it inconvenient. They should make the material stronger and heat proof.
