I've been drinking standard Nuun in its various flavors after workouts for several years. Already familiar with the brand, a couple of years ago I switched from drinking orange juice with my breakfast to drinking this. It has far less sugar and a nice blend of vitamin C with some other vitamins. It's not comprehensive like a multivitamin, but it's great for what it is. I like the taste and it quenches my thirst first thing in the morning. It's purely anecdotal, but I'll say that I've gotten sick once in the last 18 months. How much of that is because of drinking these? Who knows. I expected an immediate six pack within a month of drinking this daily, but alas, that didn't happen. Aw, man! (If Rufus mentions "Six Pack Efficacacy" as a potential attribute, that'll be pretty funny)The only drawbacks: These take a while to dissolve, quite a bit longer than regular Nuun tablets. I'll drop a tablet in a glass and let it dissolve while I make coffee and my breakfast. They also leave a ring of residue on the glass that your family might ask questions about. (Ew, what did you drink?)

The tablet takes a few minutes to effervesce once dropped into water. Most likely you will have to use a standard cup; glass; plastic cup or wide mouthed water bottle if you want these for on-the-go.I was hoping they could be dropped into a bottle of bottled spring water but the tablet is too large and does not fit into the opening of standard 16.9 oz bottles.The taste isn’t something that is going to blow you away. In fact, to me the taste is more bland invigorating. The ingredients however probably don’t allow for a refreshing feeling taste- wise BUT those same ingredients are internal organ friendly, so I am perfectly okay with the trade-off there.I was hoping for something tasty, but on the bright side, I won’t end up consuming the entire contents of the package within just two days.You can have up to six servings per day as recommended on the box. Maybe the taste is negligible if you’re sweating up a storm, but I was just relaxing and wanted something refreshing. It isn’t god-awful; it’s NOT what I was hoping for and expecting.So set the bar low for taste in your personal expectations but quite honestly as I sit tapping out this review I am feeling very relaxed but not tired.The results of the first serving are different than expected, but I am pleasantly surprised. No excessive “rush” and I don’t feel compelled to have another right this minute, but most likely in a little while which is a good thing because I have a lot to do this evening and didn’t get as much done earlier today as I would have liked to.Ten servings per tube; two grams of sugar; no caffeine and I am feeling on the energetic side right now. Don’t worry about how it tastes as far as I’m concerned; I have tasted more bland “energy drinks”.I just wanted this for some variety in hydration purposes so the energetic impulses are a bonus and fortunately I did not try this for the first time before bed just to have something refreshing before retiring for the day for having to get up early for work. Don’t do that just in case.Results may vary, so I would just take into consideration my experience in drinking a Nuun dissolved in 16 ounces of water.I don’t know if they will dissolve in juice.

Nuun is my go-to hydration supplement. The cost is great and the flavors taste great. I am not looking for sugary supplements.

Loving nuun's newest product! The ingredients are POWERFUL! As an athlete, I love having a product that keeps my immune system healthy and strong, AND hydrates me. I had no idea that Emergen-C actually dehydrates you because of the electrolytes to water ratio. The turmeric is also a bonus for me because of it's anti-inflammatory properties. Really helps with muscle recovery from a workout or long run. I'm also excited to have this product while traveling! Easy to pack a bunch of servings in a small space. SO important. The flavors are both great, but I personally like the Blueberry Tangerine best :) Thank you Nuun for creating yet ANOTHER awesome product!!

My purpose for purchasing Nuun Immunity was to encourage myself to drink more water. It has achieved that goal for me. Most of that is about flavor. My preference is for the orange citrus flavor, but the blueberry tangerine is just fine as well. With countless competitors, the form factor wins the day for me. I like the solid tablets as opposed to liquid or granulated substances. It's not as messy and it's easy to take along packaged in it's tubes. Here's to drinking more water, and getting a nice pick-me-up in the afternoon with lots of vitamins and antioxidants. Would be 5 stars if the price point was a little lower so I could buy whenever I want instead of waiting to see it periodically dip.
