This product really works well!
I have had trouble with constipation for many years. I was told by my doctor that a product I have been using is not good for my colon and that Triphala does not harm the colon. I was doubtful that it would work but it did (4 tablets a night). Its gentle, too!

Sad that they changed it into a rather large pill instead of capsule
Triphala is a phenomenal formula of Ayayurvedic fruits, used for centuries in India. It is a very important and wonderful supplement for bowel motility and gut healing.First prescribed to my son by his excellent world famous Functional Medicine Specialist as son was recovering from SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) A very painful syndrome that most doctors are only recently coming to understand and accept. In any case I LOVE Triphala, and respect and support this company as well. Unfortunately not just this company but a lot of other Triphala manufacturers seem to have changed the product to a pill form and the pill is not small. Also son feels it doesn't work as well in this form as it did in capsule. I am certain this is a good product but if you, like my family have trouble swallowing large pills - well look for this in a gelatin capsule form. BTW: I thoroughly endorse this product and this company. Good quality and service!

Helps the digestive track
I liked that the product does what it says it does. I use it after every meal and don't feel bloated. It is Ayurvedic and it works. If one does not like taking pills there is a powder form that can be put in water or juice. It works if you have sluggish bowel problems. I would recommend.

Didn't see the results I had hoped for but it came when it was suppose to and was easy to open and use.

Take this daily
This aids me in my digestion and intestinal clearing. I only take one a day, and have been doing so for years. I stick only with this brand. It works! I can tell when I don’t take it the difference it makes.
