The 60 serving jars will be available directly through Redmond Life in late April (so soon!), and back in stock on Amazon in early summer.

Does this mix well? Or does it take some work?

It takes a few minutes to settle out, once you stir it. You can also shake it as well, that works well for me.

It says no sugars, and lists the coconut powder water at 80mg as 0 carb, but 80mg of coconut water powder = 5.48g carbs. How is this no sugar?

Sugar is carbohydrates, but not all carbohydrates are sugars. 1 gram is 1,000 milligrams. 80 mg of coconut water powder is .08 grams of coconut water powder, so it can't have more than .08 grams of carbs. Depending on the brand, 12 grams of coconut water powder has about 10 grams of carbs. If we convert that to milligrams and look at 80 mg of coconut water powder, 80 mg of coconut water powder has about 67 mg or .067 grams of carbs. With such a tiny amount, we are allowed to round to zero. This is also true for calories. coconut water powder has about 30 calories per 10 grams. If we look at Re-Lyte's 80 mg, one serving of Re-Lyte has about 0.24 calories, which we can round to zero.

Super great flavor

Good alternative to Lmnt

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for something similar to LMNT with less packaging waste, and this for the most part does the trick- the taste is good, and it's not quite as salty as LMNT is which is a plus for me. It doesn't always mix super well though, it can be a little chunky sometimes

Favorite

This is my favorite electrolyte mix. The taste is not overwhelming like other brands i have tried. It does not taste like fake sugar. I have to use a frother when I mix it in my cup to dissolve the powder. I’ve seen others add that spiral ball into their blender cup to break up the powder. This has a slightly salty taste which I do not mind but others might not like it. Love that this also has clean ingredients and is Keto friendly.

Viel zu viel Geschmack

Inhaltsstoffe sind super aber der Geschmack VIEL zu intensiv!!!!! Ich hatte es einmal in meiner Wasserflasche, mehrmals gewaschen & schmecke es immer noch nach Wochen aus meiner Trinkflasche (nutze nun normales Wasser mit Salz wegen POTS aber der Geschmack hat sich in meine Flasche gefressen haha)
