I tried several different tennis elbow devices and nothing helped until this elbow brace. Thank you so much.

I Have “tennis elbow” or lateral epicondylitis and tendinitis. I have tried multiple braces and they either help a little or not at all but I really wanted something to keep my elbow slightly flexed at night. I got this yesterday, wore it last night, and after weeks of pain I feel so much better today. I got the S/M, I have thin arms and it fits very well. The elbow is not covered which was my issue with another brace, pressure on the elbow hurts the epicondyle. I bent the aluminum bar to about 135 degrees, slightly flexed and i am also wearing a wrist brace that ends just where this one starts. The combo was perfection. I never play tennis so this can happen to anyone and this brace did not come up in my searches for tennis elbow so I hope it does now. I sleep on my back so that helped me too.

When using the brace my arm no longer goes numb which is amazing. However, unless the Velcro is very tight it slides down my arm. Typically, I can wear it a couple of hours before it slips. I prefer it over the brace the PT made for me.

I ordered this at the advice of my occupational therapist. I measured mr upper arm first to make sure to get the correct size. However it’s way too big and extremely uncomfortable. It digs into my forearm and causes my shoulder to hurt. I have a shoulder issue to so I’m a little more sensitive to this issue than most people.

Wore it at night to help with Ulnar Nerve Entrapment, but it did not help with my issues. I did not feel any change after using it.

I was told I needed surgery for a pinched nerve in my right elbow. I had numbness and tingling in right arm and hand. A doctor friend suggested I try an elbow brace first. I have been wearing one at night for the past two weeks and have noticed a marked improvement. It's a little awkward sleeping at first but I found that I now sleep fine with it. I'm not saying that I may not still need surgery but will give the elbow brace a few weeks longer first. Update - Nov. 5 - Almost 8 weeks - Numbness and tingling gone except for pinkie finger which is still numb at tip. Really big change. Will continue using. Sometimes the brace bugs me at night and I take it off but I give the brace a thunbs up.

This is so great! It’s stiff enough that my arm can remain straight throughout the night, but not so stiff that I can’t move my arm at all, which is what I was worried about.I love the fact that it has 2 straps on the bicep and another 2 on the forearm. This prevents it from falling off and allows me to have it tight in some places, while looser in others.It really helps with my elbow pain, as well.And a big bonus:It’s comfortable! The material isn’t scratchy/itchy. The tag doesn’t stick or dig against the skin, which is a bigger deal than I thought it would be.It’s also not too bulky so it doesn’t get in the way of clothing or overalls everyday comfort.10/10 product!

I ordered three different braces to stabilize my elbow did to an entrapped ulnar nerve and this one is by far the best. It leaves the elbow open and free of pressure while immobilizing it for it to heal. Unfortunately. No stabilizing brace is exactly comfy to wear 24/7, but it wasn’t unbearably uncomfortable. In fact it was the most comfy of the three especially since it doesn’t put additional pressure of my already painful elbow. I highly recommend this brace for entrapped ulnar issues or post elbow surgery.
