Took the old hard drive out of my mom’s old xp desktop she was throwing out. My pc’s power supply had the correct power connector, but no way to plug into the IDE 40 pin connector. With everything connected I fired up the pc. The hdd rattled loudly and my pc detected the hard drive. Search and move the old pictures to my new hdd.
