what exactly is in the "pellets"? lots of fast talk on hs_ but no ingredient info

I will write what it says under ingredients: The ecoegg cleaning pellets are non-toxic and do not contain any harsh chemicals, petrochemical, enzymes, optical brightners or phosphates. Contains: 30% Anionic surfactants, 15%-30% non-ionic surfactants: also contains perfume (scented egg) **gently fragranced with natural essential oils, leaving your clothes smelling gorgeous, but still being great for sensitive skin. Question 2

Do you reload the egg for each wash?  Have to monitor and remove it before the rinse cycle?  Top loading washers also?  Exactly how does this work?

YOu only have to reload it after 72 washes according to the directions and you have a number of bags in there to make the 720 washes.  I don't remove it for rinse and I don't have any residue like you do in normal detergents which I like.  It comes with a sheet with FAQs but essentially tourmaline and mineral pellets (which ionize oxygen molecules in water to lift dirt).  The two work together and I find it removes dirt great and odors. Can be used in all types of washers according to FAQ's.  I've been very happy with it. My friend in Canada recommended it to me.  It's too bad the site doesn't have too much info on it.

Question 3

I don't see an ingredients list anywhere.  Does this product contain parabens or phalates?  It is truly only natural ingredients and essential oils?

Question 4

I've used the eco egg for 4 washes now.  "no suds".  i had to add laundry detergent! did anyone else experience that ? what did you do ?

There is no need to worry about not seeing any suds with this. I did when I did my first load with this egg but not the next load. I am use to using a product like this. I was using Eco nuts but stopped to try out this egg since it was given to me as a Christmas gift and I wanted to try it out. I feel in love with this egg. Its so much easier than the Eco nuts since I would have to soak them in warm to hot water for about 5 to 10 minutes if I was washing a cold load of laundry. I do recommend them just like I do this egg. I love the fresh smell that all of my laundry I wash with this egg and with the Eco nuts. But I may be getting a fresh smell because I use borax with it every load since we have very hard water where I live. I have the unscented egg since I can't handle strong fragrances or fragrances in general. I hope that this has helped you out. :-)
