Bi-Metal 12PCS Hole Saw Kit

Better than expected (for the price). Had to drill a 1 1/2 " and a 2" hole into a melamine countertop and experienced very minimal chipping. Using slow(er) speeds, I drilled until the centering bit came through the backside, then drilled from the backside to complete the cut. The spring inside the bits made it super simple to remove the chunk of (cutout) wood. Be warned that the bits are identified in mm's, of which I used a permanent marker and wrote the inches equivalent on each of the packages. Time will speak to the longevity of theses bits, but so far, I am impressed

I’ve bought these before, for myself. This set is for a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. I’ve used the ones I have to build bird houses, etc. They work well, for the money. I bought this type before, specifically that have a shank attached to each hole saw bit. Just more convenient to use.

They work great just wish they had standard measurements

This hole saw kit has been very useful for a variety of projects. The bi metal cutters feel solid and cut clean holes when used at the right speed. Nice selection of sizes included and the arbor fits securely without wobble. Used it on wood plastic and thin metal with good results. Great value kit for DIY or home workshop use.

Bits are great but the pins in the middle break fairly easy

It's been great having a set. It's turned out to be one of those things that I find I have more use for than I thought I would. These are cutting well and wood comes out easily most of the time.
