Entertains toddlers!
Even though it's a cat toy, I bought it hoping to give my yorkie something to chase & be distracted by during the day. Unfortunately, he was not remotely interested in it or affected by it.However my almost 4 year old nephew found it on a visit and had a blast with it! He had a ton of fun being chased around by it and asked for one for his birthday. Of course, he walked off doing who knows what and came back with it in two pieces. I figured it was done for, but the segments of the snake had separated and were actually connected by plastic pieces that just needed to be reconnected and it was fixed in 10 seconds.Honestly, for the price, I didn't expect much, but the charge lasts a solid amount of time, it wiggles around a lot due to the object detection sensor and this thing can really get around on solid surfaces (fine on tile, but can't handle carpet). It's easy to charge & turn on and off. Only had it a month, but so far, so good.I think any playful cat would enjoy it and it's going on my list for future toddler gifts.

Improve design of the toy
It was a nice interesting toy at first. But after a few trials, my cats lost interest. There was something wrong or lacking about the design of this product that didnāt work well for my cats and my house. First, my cats were curious to see it wiggled, but after a short time, the toyās movement slows down and my cats lost interest. Second, my house has spacious hardwood floors but would also have rugs. Upon reaching the rugs, the toy would get stuck and my cats would just stare at it until it runs out of charge and stops, which isnāt going to take very long. Third, the snakeās sensor does not effectively detect blockages. I would put my foot or boxes to block its movement ahead and hope it would evade my foot, but just kept on bumping. Suggestions for improvement: (1) design the sensor to avoid rugs and other types of small blockage, not just high walls (I donāt know what height of blockage the toy starts sensing and avoiding); (2) improve battery design to keep the toy running for longer periods of time; (3) improve mechanical and/or battery design to make the movements of the toy more agile to keep cats interested. Demonstrating how a puppy liked the toy in a video ad isnāt necessarily going to receive the same response with cats.

GREAT Cat Toy But One Didn't Work For Long
I must say, I would give this 5 stars except for the fact that I initially ordered 2 and one of them only worked for about 10 minutes before one of the wheels quit functioning. The other is still going strong, so I did order another, with the mindset that for $13.00, there' s bound to be a dud. My 2 cats LOVE them. Since they have auto shut off timers, I leave them turned on on my tile floor and when they're ready to play they just give it a paw and they're off. 𤣠Except for the dud, really a great toy for the money.

Cute toy, a little different than others, noisy tiny motor
The media could not be loaded. My 1.5 year cat is growing out of most toys. This would be great for a younger kitten, they play with anything, and this would be great to add to a kitten toy collection. One star less, like too many cat toys has a noisy motor and the hard plastic makes all kinds of additional noise. It needs a really flat floor, I have a small ridge where the tile changes and it gets stuck at that point. If you have an adult cat, it's likely after the curiosity wears off, not so much interest like most toys anyway.

Must have for Cats. however, it has issues.
First and foremost. it came with the snake and a charging cord and no directions. I had to figure it out myself. Once that was done. I charged it first because that is what all directions say. Then I set it out for my cat. she loves watching it and interacting with it, she has even learned how to turn it back on when it goes off. I love the motion senses it is programed for and how it backs up and changes directions. the other downside is that it picks up all the cat hair on teh floor better than my rumba and it would be wise to invest in a sharp pointed pair of tweezers to pull the hair out because on teh bottom side it says not to turn the wheels when off. But I still gave it a 5-star review because it's so interesting to watch and to watch the cats interact with it. But I do love watching the cat learn it's quirks so quickly..

Fake snake
This toy scared the cra9 out of our cat. After running it once, our adult cat hid for 2 days. Great prank toy, but not for cats.

Surprisingly fun and functional cat toy
My cats enjoy it. It can back up so when it runs into or up onto something it can un-jam itself fairly well. It starts by moving around continuously for a while, and then, to conserve battery life, it will only move even batted by your cat. Battery life is decent. It's not perfect. It can get totally stuck on certain rugs. It can get flipped over by your cat and then it's useless until you flip it back. And your cats will eventually lose interest in it because that's what cats do. But for an electronic toy that's under 10 bucks it's pretty good.

They Love It š keeps them occupied
The media could not be loaded. When I bought this, my other half was concerned because apparently cats are terrified of snakes. We left the snake turned off, sat it on the floor and let the kitty cats explore. We weren't interested in getting a video of them jumping in fear for the sake of internet views. They were very curious and continue to be curious after we switch the tiny button into the on position and show the kitty cats what the snake really does.Moose quickly learned how to wake the snake back up when it stops moving. They knock it downstairs which is just hysterical. It kind of goes down like a slinky. Video coming I promiseI'm not a snake person I don't like it when this thing comes at me but as soon as it senses my feet it turns around. I am impressed by the incredible motion detection. This will not work on thick carpet, it will go slowly on very very thin carpet
