Q: I already have the cedar bucket and swivel scrub. is it possible to buy only the reservoir that separates the dirty water from the clean water?

It is a different mop. The mop head looks less dense. As mentioned people are putting a bucket in the opening of the original spin mop with the washing water. That way the dirty goes into the main bucket. You then only use clean.

Q: What the difference between the two colors of mop heads? Would one be better for tile?

The blue mop head is much smaller than the white fluffy mop head.

Q: What does Ocedar company recommend to Wash the mop heads in the washer?

It is made of microfiber, so washing with warm or cold water with like materials, such as other microfiber items. I use a concentrated hypo-allergenic washing detergent in my top load washer with no issues. The key is only washing with similar microfiber items. Tumble dry low heat or let air dry.

Q: how do i get the mop head off?

It is very easy to remove the mop head. I simply step on the cloth and the mop head snaps off. Love this mop!
