These things are an amazing value. Really excellent quality lighting and with very flexible installation options. Beautiful even lighting. The room pictured is only using 3 out of 6 fixtures. It's a 9 x12 room. So this set can easily light two rooms that size and includes the mounting and wiring to do that. I like the inline switches on the wiring too, it worked out very nicely.

I purchased these lights after reading other reviews. I had a good idea on what to expect but read on and I'll help answer any questions I can with my experience on these lights. I replaced one florescent garage light with these 6 and couldn't be happier. The packing: I was a bit worried but they send them out now double boxed so don't worry at all. Inside the box is everything they show in the pictures. I've also included a picture of the contents. 1. Figure out your power source....I wanted mine to use the existing wall light switch... so that's what I did. You can hardwire these or plug them in. They come with 2 hardwire connections. Hardwiring is easy with a couple of wire nuts. (Blue goes to Black.... Solid Brown goes to White.... The 3rd wire goes to Green)... I had a junction box (wire box in the ceiling) that powered the light I was replacing. I wanted it to look clean so if you see my picture you can buy a junction box cover for $2 at home Depot or Lowe's. Drill two holes in the cover where you would like the wires to come out of and just run the wires through them for a clean look. You can run up to 6 per side (per hardwire connector). I tried it just to see if it would work and I had zero problems. The next thing I had to do was figure out how I wanted to run the lights/ or the pattern I wanted to place them in......For a regular two car garage I think the u-shape is the best.... I was initially worried about hitting the rafters/beams and having the light spacing exactly where I wanted them due to the length of the connector chords provided. I actually weighed the lights and they weigh .75 lb each. Yes each light weighs less than a pound. Because they were so light I knew I could use a small drywall anchor or just screw them into the beams when needed. if you look at my pictures you can see I used a black drywall screw to drive into the beam, and a drywall anchor where they were not on center. they been up three weeks and I've had zero issues with them. Don't worry about using a drywall anchor because they are so light. Yes you could use tapcon (concrete screws with the clips too). I like that these put out an absolutely amazing account of light that's perfect for the garage.

These lights are super easy to install. They are very light so the clips to hang them hold them easily. Once they are up you can either plug in or hardwire into an existing junction box. We are using them in a gym with low ceilings so the 4000k are perfect. They don’t blind you and give plenty of light. We will definitely be using them again when we redo our laundry room.

I usually don't review products but this product is so special that i'm very excited to write this review. Since long time, i was desperate for right light my home with ideal brightness. Light from the lamp is always insufficient to lighten up the whole room. Also, the yellowish light used to depress me more. After almost week of research, i found this to be perfect product for my home. Its very bright and elevates my mood and I couldn't be more happy with a value purchase. LIGHTING I used to buy higher wattage and hoped it will be more bright. I had to do a lot of research to understand brightness parameters. Make sure to find Kelvin value accurate as per your needs. Thats gonna be a key decision point. Higher kelvin, cooler the light is(white and more bluish). I was planning on blue light(6500k) but decided other wise to keep it day glow(4000k). That turned out to be the right decision for me since it already very bright with this. 4000k is also much better for your eyes and mental health. BRIGHTNESS - 2200Lumens is a lot brighter than i expected. The brightness seems to intensify lot more if you connect multiple fixtures. with 1 fixture i had a dim light for quarter of my room but when joined 3 of these bulbs, it is has brightened the whole of my room beyond my expectation. INSTALLATION - Product was simple plug and play. One issue i would say is the adapter wire is a little small and you might need extension cord in some cases. But other than that, its very seamless to install. Also, i used double sided tape to attach the bulbs and this is a big selling point for me since i want to avoid drill. Fixtures are light weight and stick to walls for very easily thus helping to avoid a mess. EXTENSIBILITY - I spent long time researching to buy one big fixture that can brighten whole room. If you have same doubt, please avoid that since there are not many products that can do that today. Always chose extensible fixtures if you want to spread the line through out the room. This product fits that perfectly as it is very easy to extend the connections. I was skeptical it may be bad at first but now its perfect choice Delivery was a little late and hence the 4 stars rating, if i dont see any issues for next 6 months i will change to 5 star. I recommend 100% to try this product. Its a best value purchase and will change your mood forever.

These are very good lights and are easy to install. A variety of connectors is included so you have several options. I highly recommend them. They sure beat installing and wiring the old florescent end clips on a 4-foot board to use T5 LED bulbs. The only weak points are the included small mounting clips and cheap little pot metal screws. I striped out the heads of several of the screws. I then used drywall screws instead. An alternative mounting is a large zip tie with a drywall screw through the zip tie. If you use a white zip tie you will hardly notice it, and the lights will be more secure.

The only lights in my garage was a single socket “upgraded” to a three bulb adapter with LED flood lights and my lighting suckedddd. It was always directional coming from the center and constantly blocked wherever I moved. Then I came across these lights in 4000k color which is my preference for white lights. These things are nice and bright and adding 12 lights total has totally transformed my garage to a place I can confidently work on projects at night. I just installed these today which was extremely easy due to the simple clips that hold in drywall without anchors and the super light assembly of the fixture. I ran two series of six and have a temporary custom A19 harness into my bulb socket so it turns on with my motion sensing light switch- I used their included hard wire harness and something I had lying around from a recessed LED lighting kit. I’m hoping these hold up as many LED products around Amazon can have hit or miss life spans but I’m comfortable with the customer support others have had and this was an excellent price point for the amount of light. So excited for this next step in my home workshop.

I purchased these to serve primarily as temporary lighting for sanding ceilings. You can mount them to studs on a wall in under a minute and have work lighting that is superior to any portable option. They are so light that they can be easily used as a hand-held inspection light as well. I liked them so much that I also installed them in my attic using the included daisy chain connectors. They come will all kinds of accessories for almost any mounting configuration you can imagine. An amazing deal for this price. They have a sleek looking aluminum housing and are very thin and modern looking. They would look acceptable in a living space as a modern style lighting option and I would consider using them for this is they were dimmable. I can't recommend these enough for work spaces and anywhere you need very even and bright lighting.

These are cheap and bright, if a little flimsy since (as others have also noted) they are easily damaged during shipping and the clips to fasten them to the ceiling are very weak. I was initially happy with them but after a year and a half one failed, a month later another has failed and it looks like a third is about to give up the ghost. The company did give me a $8 refund for the first lamp that failed (they will not ship individual replacements), but since multiple lamps are starting to fail and knowing what I now know about their design, I will not buy replacements from them. The lamps have a series of design flaws: 1) LEDS ARE OVERDRIVEN AND POOR CIRCUIT DESIGN LEADS TO A CASCADE FAILURE. The LEDs are arranged in a parallel/series circuit with groups of 5 LEDs connected in parallel and 24 of those groups daisy chained together in series (see diagram). A voltage of around 100v DC is applied to the whole array which amounts to around 4.2v (or more) across each LED. This is too high of a sustained voltage for the LEDs and eventually causes one or more to fail. Because the LEDs are in a parallel/series circuit, when one LED fails it causes the voltage on the remaining 4 connected in parallel to rise slightly, causing them to become more overstressed. Eventually one will fail, in turn causing the voltage to rise further on the remaining three, and so on. Once all 5 LEDs have failed the whole lamp fails as the circuit is no longer complete. 2) NOT GROUNDED. Despite the fact that the case is metal and the metal case is connected to the connector on the exterior of the lamp, the cables supplied with the lamps do not contain a ground wire and so the lamp is not grounded, making the lamp a shock risk.

追記 その後、分解したら基盤剥がれ部分があったので自分で修理して６本とも使えています。また、お店のサポートからも連絡が来て、色々手厚いフォローを提案くださいました。手厚すぎて遠慮したのですが、甘えて新しいものを送って頂くことにしました。ありがとうございました。 ５年経っても付属品が同じものを使えるのは嬉しいことです。さらに息の長い製品にしてほしいです。ということで、星数を変更させていただきました。 ----- セールで購入しましたが、6本中1本が点灯しませんでした。開封し設置していた時に判明したので返品も面倒。この商品の6500kを5年前にも購入しガレージで使用しており、今回はリピートでしたがちょっと残念です。

These are extremely narrow, long but fairly high intensity led lights. The ones i received are 4' long and will replace my existing néons workshop lights but will be much easier to replace or repair. They come with all the hardware and wiring needed to install correctly and will work very well in my workshop, as a I currently have 4 double T4 néons and these 6 will replace them easily. The price and quality are super.

Excellent product. Quality all the way, great price. Light weight, easy to install. These are slightly cooler than I would prefer but still worth using.

I had to return and reorder since the first box of 6 lights came completely destroyed. The box was mangled and the lights were bent, crushed, and some missing. But I put that up to crappy shipping. Canada post put a bag on it saying it was damaged when they picked it up... The next order arrived just fine. Packaging definitely needs work though. It's basically just the lights taped together in a 6 pack, hope for the best, and shoved inside of a thin cardboard box. Anyway, these are probably the cheapest feeling lights I've ever seen. They basically weigh nothing, feel hollow, use a flimsy metal and plastic casing, and the internals rattle when you hold them like everything is loose inside. The mounting brackets are flimsy, and the screws are probably the softest and cheapest things I've ever used. Be prepared for literally every single one of the screws to end up with a stripped head. Even if you pre drill the holes. I can't argue with the light output though. These things are bright! I also went with 4000K rather than 6500K, since I prefer a somewhat more natural white rather than the blue that 6500K puts out. I just mounted them using the supplied clips. While it's easy to install, the mounting hardware is cheap, flimsy, and you'll likely need new screws if you ever want to remove them and install the lights again somewhere else. Since I'm no electrician, I just used some light bulb plug adapters from Home Depot and plugged them into that. I figured I would need more lights, but I didn't even end up using all of them. Four lit up my dark basement gym like it was the middle of the day inside. Some people have asked if these are certified. I've attached a photo of the certification sticker on the bottom of each light. It says it's CSA certified, ETL Listed, and conforms to UL standard. So unless it's a fake certification sticker, which let's be honest you never truly know with some things on amazon, it should be fine. Despite feeling like if I blew on them something would break, would I recommend or buy them again? I probably would. They don't cost that much, put out a lot of light, are easy to install, don't use much electricity, and don't get hot. You just plug them in, turn them on, and they do what they're supposed to do.
