For the first time, I recently tried this product after learning about DHH-B.This supplement features DHH-B from Magnolia Bark, an ingredient traditionally used for its calming properties.Effectiveness: In my experience, taking the supplement as directed provided a noticeable sense of calm throughout the day. I felt more centered and less reactive to daily stressors, positively impacting my productivity and overall mood.Ease of Use: The capsules are easy to swallow and fit seamlessly into my daily routine. No bad taste.Monetary Value: Considering the benefits I experienced, I find the product reasonably priced. The quality of the ingredients and the noticeable effects justify the cost (to at least try it out yourself).Overall Impression: I am satisfied and plan to continue using it as part of my daily wellness regimen (trying to reduce the use of more harmful substances like alcohol/spirits).

I dont take it but maybe a couple of times per week when I know I will have a busy or stressful day that will activate my anxiety, 100% day chill helps me stay smooth and just feel great for the day doing a ton of busy and stressful stuff for work, I cannot believe the difference, I am a believer. I take 2 caps on my busy days maybe 3 times a week, works perfect.

While this product is good, although not as good as another brand, they have kept the price the same and lowered the capsule count. Been buying since 2022 and just noticed on my last bottle that it doesn’t last 90 days like it did. In two places it says 90 capsules, in another two it says 60. I contacted seller to no avail. One star for dishonesty bait and switch, as sometimes one star reviews get read and at least you’ll be aware what you are and are not receiving.

This product does help me sleep better and relax before going to bed. I can’t take it during the day because of the sleepiness.

This product does work, however it made my daughter very tired. We only take it at night. I wish we could use it during the day

I have taken this on and off for about a year, I notice a great difference when I am using it for a month compared to not, just a better and happier feeling for the whole day, relaxes some of my anxiety but doesn't make you feel out of it or anything, still able to have great productive days with just a better mood. Works great for me.

I like to go for a herbal for what ails me before man made type medication. I looked into the ingredients and was willing to try it. I ended up feeling out of it, fog brain, slow to react or as one review said sleepy. I do understand it and all others may not work for some and others it does. Bottom line it did not help with my PTSD/ Anxiety I suffer from.

Love this supplement but wish the duration of action was a tad longer. If I take these at 9:00pm, I will wake up at 2:00am. I’m usually able to fall back asleep though. I haven’t developed a tolerance to them yet either which is nice. Overall, I’m a fan.
