Anybody know if it’ll fit the Traxxas udr battery tray?

I wouldn’t put anything but a hard case in a traxxas.

Been using hrb 5000 6s 50c packs in all my 80mm edf jets with excellent results. My longest lasting batteries have been hrb with no puffing. As long as you take care of them, storing at proper storage charge.

What is your process for refund for defective lipo?

Contact the place where you bought it as quickly as possible once you find a defective one. Provide proof of purchase and hope for the best.

How much current can i safely draw? i have heard of these batteries catching fire in some cases. what precautions must i follow?

I use these batteries in my radio controlled electric ducted fan (EDF) airplanes. I have metered the discharge at a peak of 123 amps. I discharge about 80% of the battery in 4 minutes. I’ve never had one catch fire, but as they age, say one year of regular weekend use, it will be time to replace them. If you don’t properly charge the battery, it can catch fire. The battery should be charged as li-po, 6S, at 5 amps.
