Ordered this ice machine for my husbands first knee replacement in February and it worked perfectly. Had to pull it out recently for his second knee replacement this month and it worked great. The very BEST advice that I can give for this machine is to freeze small water bottles to use instead of using regular ice. We had 8 small water bottles that we would use daily and refreeze overnight for the next day.
