I cook over these for indirect heat on the grill and it adds good moisture

Good quality and price but too much packing material. Pans are grouped in sections with 4 layers tape on each section. Took some time to clear all the tape.

Quality is fine. Will work great for making small batches. I wanted a true 9x6 so I could divide a 9 x13 casserole/dessert/etc, into two halves. Just not sure these will work for that as they are 8 x 5.5 at best.

I use these for small items & mini meals in either broiler or countertop convection. Perfect for messy stuff--pitch or wipe out. Reusable as TNR kitty dishes, too.

Almost the same size as the drip pans for the Char Broil Big Easy. They're a smudge shorter than the stock aluminum pan. I just made sure that it's pushed as far back into the tray as it will go so that it sits under the drip hole. But they're plenty big enough to catch all of the drippings from a 9 lb turkey and a 6 lb prime rib. No mess and a lot cheaper than the Char Broil pans.

I use these a lot for bbq and daily prep of foods.

They serve the purpose ..... the price is right but a little flimsy
