Works perfect. We have a bug zapper on one outlet and a fountain on the other. Used to have to go down a flight of steps to plug each in at different times. Fountain on during during day and evening but bug zapper only at night when we're outside. Now its just a remote press to turn on separately and everything is easy to shut off when its time for bed. And no dealing with deck stairs in the dark!

This remote control outlet worked exactly as advertised. It was easy to set up and appears to be of high quality.

The Dewenwils Outdoor Wireless Remote Control for two outlets works well to control some background lighting on top of a cabinet. The remote allows me to turn the lights connected to the Dewenwils off when we watch movies. It has about a 30 foot range; it does not work through a closed glass door.

I use this for my outdoor fountain so I can control the light and pump independently, only turning on the light at night. The remote feels a little cheap, the range doesn't seem to be great. I have to open the door and go outside for it to work - it won't work through glass. And it sometimes takes a few clicks before it takes. That said, I haven't seen a lot of these kind of outlets so it's still a nice feature overall. The adapter does get a bit hot sometimes so something to keep a eye on I guess.

I was looking to replace a ceiling fan in my milking barn when while searching for a new fan, this popped up as a frequently bought with. I didnt even know these existed! The fan in my barn is wired in series with the light fixture. So every time you turned on the light, the fan would come on. The fan was just meant to exhaust some humidity during the cooler months and hotter air during the summer months. It didnt exhaust enough or make enough noise to worry about it running all the time. Well the fan went out and I started checking for a replacement when this popped up and changed my entire plan. With this I could separate the fan from the light and just run the fan when I wanted to. I could also go with a much higher CFM fan to do the job much more quickly and help keep the temps down better to give the portable AC unit some much needed help. Took out the non working fan. Attached a plug onto the wires and TA DA! Now I can use the remote to turn the fan on and off anytime I want! I know its kinda dumb getting this excited over an item but I really like it! I bought this one with the two receptacles so now I can attach an extension cord to it and set up a light anywhere I need during kidding season (baby goats). I am already looking around the farm for other things I could use more of these remote controlled outlets with.

I bought this for a small space heater that I have down in my crawl space. I didn't want to have to lift up the trap door and get on the floor to reach it to turn it off and on. I drilled a small hole in the floor and put the cord up through the hole and plugged it into this. I have the remote hanging by a nail and when I want to turn it on and off I can do it from up inside the house. It works great. I also plugged in my dehumidifier that is also in the crawl space. I can turn them on and off separately. I can have them both running, one or the other running or both off, all done via the remote. There is also a button on the plug in itself in case you were to lose the remote.

I purchased this remote switch due to its rated effective range of 100 feet. I think they added one 0 to many as this remote was effective to about 10 feet. I tested it at 15 feet and it didn't work , as I moved back to 10 feet it turned the lights on. Its completely worthless as a remote switch, as I almost need to get to where its plugged in to make it work. Might as well just plug and unplug from the outlet at this point!! Update: After my first review of this produce their customer service sent me an email within a couple days asking for details and wanting to make things right. I have to say I would give this company 5 stars for customer service, as they sent me another remote a few days later. Unfortunately, that remote did not work any better, still only having about a 10 foot range. So my review still stands as is, because it does not perform as advertised up to 100 foot range. I would recommend the company do some further testing and have better quality control before sending out their product.

These are so handy for turning off outside lights, etc. I’ve used it to turn off an outside pump and it worked through the floor. I didn’t even have to go outside.

I bought this remote controlled outlet so I could easily and independently control the light fixture and string lights I have installed in my gazebo. The remote works really well and everything is very responsive. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The remote range is not exceptional, but other than that, it is a very good product. I have used it over two years and it has been reliable and convenient.

Product seems well built. It is mounted at an outlet 15 feet away from the house under the deck, about 4 feet above the ground. Outside, in direct eyesight, my range is about 50-60 feet. In the house through the wood wall/wood siding with lots of windows and 1 layer of wooden deck boards, the range is about 35 feet. My house is rural so very little electrical interference. I like the feature of controlling a single outlet, or all outlets at once. Overall a good product but range is less than 100’ advertised range in a real world application. Having said that, every other remote device that I ever bought never lived up to the advertised range, so no surprise here.
