Worth every penny made my life easier when it time to put air in my tires

This is a nicely built valve stem. However, I would not recommend it for a 2001-2017 Honda Goldwing, GL1800. It has a very low profile and interferes with the metal piece on the wheel which has an attachment for holding the valve stem in place (for the rubber ones). I could not install in the direction of the old one which is on the same side as the rear wheel, so I had to rotate it 180 degrees. The second problem is that the nut on the back side barely fits inside the cutout area on the inside of the wheel hub. In order to get the nut tightened down I had to take a sacrificial 14mm socket and grind the outer wall down very thin in order to get a grip on the nut and clear the counterbored area in order to tighten it.

They fit well and it holds air with no issues. Can’t complain.

I installed these valve stem recently when I changed my tires. They make it so much easier to put air in your tires. That's it simple and straight to the point. A great value for the price.

This worked great for me! I had a leaking rubber valve stem and they are hard to reach to fill the tires. I like the 90 Degree as a replacement that makes it VERY easy to check and fill the tire. I was able to install these without removing the wheel from the bike. Just removed the valve core, compressed the tire to break the seal. I cut the old one out with a razor knife, tightend the new valve stem with a 14mm wrench. The rear wheel is wider and could use a 14mm socket to tighten it. I sprayed lube around the wheel and reseated the bead. After filling the tire it sealed GREAT with no leaking around it! I now can check and fill my tires without any combination of different attachments to clear rotors or the chain!

There's not much to say here. I've probably ridden 150 miles since Cyclegear installed these valves and no leaks. It's perfect if you have a wheel that doesn't allow much clearance for an air chuck. Will definitely spare you from tearing a rubber valve stem when dealing with clearance issues.
