Amazing feel!
These were a bit of an impulse purchase but they are incredible on the feet. No binding/digging from the straps, adjusters feel very well designed to fully grip the feet.

Comfortable but toe splay limited with this design
Really minimal environmentally conscious packaging impressed me for a start. They are very comfortable, and having worn barefoot shoes for a couple of months, these zero drop sandals are a definite improvement on the traditional heel-toe drop of the much more rigid Teva's that I previously used. So that's a positive. They aren't quite as flexible in the sole as I had expected, compared with other barefoot models, but they feel quite spongey and I can imagine would feel like having a spa at the end of a long walking adventure, after you have changed out of your hiking boots. They are a little bit fiddly to get the balance of tightness right across all of the buckles but I can live with this, since they seem to stick, which (whilst it makes initial adjustment tricky) means the are less likely to adjust themselves while being worn. One downside though for a sandle made for walking, and the reason I haven't given them 5-stars, is that the front strap on a shoe of this design WILL continue to keep your big toe pointing in towards your other toes, preventing it from splaying. It is essentially recreating a relatively tight 'toe box' area. I think the design could be improved by not having one continuous strap, but two, with the toe strap being independent of the rest of the straps and adjustable with velcro. That way, the wearer could choose a looser fitting toe strap, whilst being able to tighten the rest of the sandle independently. This is where I think the cheaper Xero Cloud sandle (with it's thong-like toe post) might score more highly, if you are simply looking for a holiday sandle you can throw on for every day wear. I have ordered those too, and think they will allow my does to move more freely, which is really the objective of footwear that respects the natural movement of your feet. Just my opinion after looking at my toes bunched together in these shoes. I would probably not want to walk long distances in these, but instead wear a proper (breathable) shoe or boot. But for holidays, to the beach or pool, or wild swimming etc, or on a campsite as camping "slippers" they will be perfect (but at £80, versus the £50 Xero Clouds, you would need to like them a lot for the extra spend).

Comfort and grip
Comfortable to walk in.Can be slippy on wet tiles be careful when in that situationOkay for walking on beach or campsite.I wouldn't go rock climbing with them or using them on greasy rocks like at seaside or riverside.

Great fit, terrible quality
Great shape and fit, but integral strap keeper failing / tearing already on only second time of wearing. Very disappointing, this seems to be a design / material selection issue. Stitching around Velcro areas also poor looking, but won't have enough wearing time to see how these hold up...
