Why is the bass not as low as sp8000f ?

The small decrease in the low end response vs the first generation is negligible. It is due to the cabinet modification - enhanced bracing which decreased cabinet resonance improving low end fidelity!

Is anyone aware if Klipsch provides warranty (if needed) if we buy at Amazon or with third party vendors?

Do I set these up as Small since I have two SVS PC2000 subs?

Absolutely! This way you're using the bass management and not cutting the bass from your subwoofers unless all you want to do is play LFE out of the SVS and then no you would not set them to small. Have fun!
