These were so pretty for our The Chosen One pastel themed birthday party!! Everyone talked about how the colors looked so good. It was real easy to put together and only took a few minutes.

I received this item to decorate a friend desk for her Birthday. The items came on time, neatly packaged and as described.Starting with the Pros: colors are spot on, the Happy Birthday sign is not flimsy, great for future re-use, & the ribbon for the sign was nice and sturdy.Cons: the tassels did not come with ribbon/string to hang (odd) and missing instructions on how to make. Just used Youtube for the helpful info. Pompoms came with soft ribbon tied around, had to retie to make sturdy-was difficultOverall: a good product , You will have to do this on your own, the sign is the only thing pre-made, but if you like crafting this will be a breeze, if not pop on a Youtube vid and get started on making the PomPoms.

Easy to assemble tassels.. just used a straw to roll them!! No YouTube video need it if your a crafty person!! Happy Birthday sign is reusable!!! Pom Pom’s easy to puff out!!

Banner was pre-assembled but that's it. Puff balls are just wads of tissue paper with no directions. The Pom-poms are not connected in any way and have no way to make them into Pom-poms,they are just sliced tissue paper in individual bags. Do not buy this product.

The only thing that comes pre-assembled is the "Happy Birthday" sign. All the crepe paper decorations have to be assembled and in the case of the tassels, that was a HUGE pain. For the price (approx. $18) I expected most things to come assembled for me.

These were great, and sad I do not have another use for them. Great colors. easy to put together.
