Nice cable, good value.

These cables typically install with the connector 90 degrees to the cable length. I measured 6 3/4 inches from connector to connector, not 8 inches as listed, so these barely fit my application. The cables work fine, and the build quality is fine, but they are simply not as long as advertised.

This long ribbon cable is great for use in larger Eurorack systems. I am using one of these for a breakout module, which needs to be very far from its mother. Submitted as evidence, proof of compatibility. In case you're hesitant and afraid of frying modules, like I am!

Although otherwise the cable is as advertised, with female headers, 2x8, fitting in a eurorack case, and a nice yellow color with the red line on the correct side, it is definitely not 12cm. If measured as my 30cm cables it may be 8cm. Even when you measure from the end of the connector to the end of the other connector (a strange way to measure) it would be barely over 10cm. Although I wouldn't have minded slightly shorter cables, the current length makes it more difficult for me to use them.
