Needed a heat mat for the African land snails. Heats up well and does what is needed.Only 2 issues that are minor. First is that the back blood on the mat at the edge means you loose a bit of the heat mat outside the tank so it heats up the space around the tank. 2nd is you have to guess the temperature you can move the dial but know idea of how much etc it's just a wheel with no info

Used for keeping ailing small mammals warm during recovery. Nice compact size which is handy for the smaller enclosures.
