Absolute junk. I always check reviews before buying and this seemed to have good reviews. However, I guarantee the products company is creating false reviews or manipulating people to submit a good review because there is nothing to love about this product. It doesn’t hold a charge and you can’t charge while in use. There is no massage just a incredibly strong squeeze sensation which actually made my arthritis pain worse. The vibration sensation is a joke and the buttons take a couple pushes to respond. I don’t know how this product even passed a quality inspection (or if they even have a quality inspection!) I don’t know where they get off charging so much for trash.

I had high hopes for this item. I have arthritis in my thumb and have to get injections in the joint to control the pain. I was in need of an injection when this product arrived. I’m so happy to report I’m skipping the injection. The relief is amazing. I’m using morning and night.

I was excited to get this. I really was, because I used one at a hand rehab center for PT and it was awesome. But I should have read the reviews on this unit better, because it is just a unit that squeezes your hand like a over-dominating man shaking your hand and trying to prove he's bigger than you are. Worse, if you put your hand far enough in to get your wrist involved, your fingers get smashed against the back edge of the unit, and your palm gets crunched enough to make bones shift... and that hurts. The heat seemed to only be on the top of my hand and not the palm, so all around it was a fail for me. I sent it back.Edit: The company is now harassing me to give me a free unit if I reverse my review. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I brought this purchase for my tire hand , I worked for my hand whole day , my figures are all painful, but this amazing massage thing is fantastic! It have powerful pressure , the heat is perfect to heating up my cool hand ! And the suction is good to help my circulation

This massager was delivered in a timely manner. It looks sleek and is easy to use. However, the material inside is rough and very uncomfortable. After a few minutes of use the skin on my hand had imprints from the inside mechanism. The only thing I really liked about it was the hand-held finger massager that was included with the device. I returned the device the day after I received it, then ordered the finger massager.
