The lack of ink meant that the eyeliner was essentially unusable, which was incredibly frustrating considering my initial excitement to try it out. Despite several attempts to get it working—shaking it, pressing down on the tip—the pen remained dry and ineffective. Moreover, the overall quality of the product was disappointing. Even if the eyeliner had been functional, it felt flimsy and cheaply made. The packaging was sleek, but the performance did not match the appearance. In conclusion, my experience with the Sugar POP eyeliner was thoroughly disappointing. I would not recommend this product based on my experience, as it simply did not meet even the basic expectations of functionality and quality.

Excellent...qualitywise super staying waterproof but got empty just after 4 5 applications.. too costly

The product didn't last long, even after just 3-4 uses. Not waterproof or smudge-proof.It smudged easily and wasn't waterproof as claimed. The product didn't deliver the vibrant color I expected. Overall, I regret wasting my money on this product. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others. If you're looking for a reliable product, I'd suggest exploring other options.

I recently purchase Sugar pop eyeliner from sugar cosmetics brand from Amazon, hoping for a reliable and long-lasting product. Unfortunately, my experience with this eyeliner has been extremely disappointing. Upon receiving the product, I was excited to try it out, but to my dismay, the eyeliner did not work at all. the product simply would not dispense, leaving me unable mark a single black dot also I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of this product and the inconvenience it has caused. I expect products I purchase to be functional and of good quality, and this eyeliner has failed to meet those expectations. There is no return or exchange also for this product. Which makes PPL very disappointed. Atleast for faulty products except returns

Other sugar pop cosmetic are working so well, but this was so dried and not even staying for half a day so don't waste money buying this, try some other brand

Eyeliner is good to use. But it's main problem is blue paint of the pen is coming out. Otherwise Its worth it.

The felt tip is not exactly smooth gliding - more like half dry sketch pen tip. Because of this, coverage was not even at single stroke.

Received bad and used one.Totally dried one received.it waz a waste buy.After receiving I had it out in trash.There was no refund or replacement.lost my amount.
