ZIp broke after first day using it
I took this bag as a backpack for a snowboarding trip and the zip broke within the first day. And no, I did not damage the bag, I was simply trying to zip up the bag and then the zip broke.

Garbage, zip bust after first use
Poor quality, the zip bust after the first use. It's now an open top bag with shoulder straps. Had a similar bag for 5yrs without issue. Would not recommend.

Nice light backpack. Wouldve been better if actually delivered to my address instead of thrown over a wall into locked apartments storage area andtook 2 daya to track down. Trying to contact Amazon a nightmare!
