I purchased one of these sometime back. It worked so good frying fish that I purchased a second one.

Beware of sharp edges.
I ended up returning this item unused because the underside had pieces of sheet metal that were knife sharp. Hopefully this was a manufacturing defect, but if not beware. Could cut / injure fingers when handling the unit.
