My wife and I bought this slush machine over a year ago and it's been working great! Like others, I wanted to have some spare parts on hand. I verified through Vevor support that their supplier is Shanghai Bokni Refrigeration Equipment. You can find them on Alibaba and order parts directly from them. I'm in the process of placing an order now. Shipping is expensive, so I will be ordering plenty of spare parts. I will update this review once the parts arrive.UPDATE: All parts ordered were received and are a perfect fit! I hope this helps others!

Machine never worked properly, directly out of the crate, only one side makes slush, the other side just spins fluid, customer support is non existent, they email and refuse to fix my issue, I’ve explained the situation and sent a video to them, I have purchased multiples of this machine, thought highly of it, and wondered what will happen when there is an issue, I’ve found out the hard way, nothing happens, you get the run around, the customer service is tough to deal with, and they are no help, I’ve wasted time and money on this unit and have nowhere to turn for it, you buy an item from Amazon, turn it on and then have to take it for repairs, it’s a shame

Very easy to clean! Instructions were very helpful. Machine keeps product at a great temperature! Customers love the easy access to serve their cold drinks!

Bought this for the summer season for the restaurant. I’m super glade I bought the 3 year warranty!!! Both handles broke in just a 2 mounts I had to return the item and the one they gave me didn’t get cold. Just not super impressed sorry. I did call the company that took hours to find the number and a person to talk to.

One of the two containers is leaking and I contacted the seller for a replacement part/container and their solution was to ship the entire unit back. It is 100lbs and comes in a large shipping crate. The replacement part would make the most sense. The side that does not leak works wonderfully!***edit***The machine lasted about a year and a half. The fan stopped working. Half of the time only one side would actually freeze and it constantly leaked.

Work as well as expected

I have had the machine for 24 hrs, initially it made slush perfectly but unfortunately today it stopped making slush on right side and isnt even keeping content cold. I will update this review if I am able to resolve. UPDATE 2-20-23, I reached out to customer support. Had to send a screen shot of order details to get ball rolling on help. Will update with further progress UPDATE 2-21-23 Got email from customer support. They suggested I add more sucrseinto.... I assume that means more syrup to water ratio. I of course have already tried that. So, no help as of yet. I will update. Update 2-22-23, So Liliana G is the one asking for Video and now says that she didnt get or ask for video. She says I will have to send video directly to VEVOR in china. Feels like im getting the run around. Will continue to update. Final Update, VEVOR basically said they dont stand behind their product and amazon will have to handle. Of course amazon has already sent out a replacement and it will arrive in a few days. It was a lot of work unpacking this very heavy machine and now i have to do it again and pack up this defective machine. Lots of work. VEVOR technical support is basically non existent. I recommend you DO NOT BUY this machine unless you enjoy lugging around 100 lbs multiple times to get one that works. Hopefully the new one will work.
