This is a beautiful pen that writes very well. However, I was thinking it was a regular ballpoint pen but it writes like a gel pen which I don't like. I don't feel like I have complete control over the pen because gel ink sort of takes over. I read through the description a million times to see if it mentioned anything about being a gel pen but it did not. Not sure if I will keep it or not. If you like gel pens then this won't be an issue at all, but for me it is.

This is a beautiful pen.It has a nice comfortable weight when holding it.The quality is excellent too.It's a lovely pen to gift to someone,and I love that it comes with two refills.

I give the PEN 5 stars, but the "Ink" 2-3 stars. First, the pen itself is gorgeous, it is definitely a beautiful pen. It's looks elegant, it had a little weight to it making just feel expensive, quality thru and thru, loved that part. However, I'll be returning it because it's NOT an Ink pen, which is what I was looking for. I HATE gel, I cannot stand the way gel pens write. You constantly have lines of different widths because it writes like a magic marker. I also LOVE fine point pens, so when I saw 5mm, I was thrilled! Then it arrived, and I wrote with it (side eye emoji). So, unfortunately, I'm extremely sad disappointed. In every description this said INK... please, make the distinction, Ink and Gel are completely different and it's important to some people.

This is a remarkable executive pen. It is very classy looking, feels great in your hand, the ink flows perfectly, and does not smudge. This is well worth the money spent.
