The only thing I lost was the money I paid for it but I did not have any side affects from them and I brought on the base of the reviews given so it works for some but sadly not for me suppose its worth a try but I will not recommend.

Forskolin definitely suppressed my appetite and speeded my system up. I have been on a calorie reduced diet and have been exercising, with this in mind I thought that my weight loss would have been greater with the added boost of Forskolin. So a little disappointing.

Vous prenez une gellule 30 minutes avant de manger et pendant ce lapse de temps vous avez des remontés de farine de riz dans l'estomac, ça me donne envie de vomir rien que d'en parler !!!! L'odeur n'est pas très agréable mais rien ne se ressent quand on prend la gélule.J'ai reçu mon colis très rapidement.Je l'utilise depuis quelques jours seulement. J'attends donc au moins 15 jours de plus et je pourrais alors témoigner à nouveau sur l'efficacité des gélules.
