I used this to go through a cable track to a moving piece of equipment over profinet. Works great.

I used this cable to connect my PLC to an AutomationDirect NITRA Ethernet/IP valve controller, and it worked exactly as expected. Communication was reliable from the start with no issues getting the devices talking. The cable itself feels well made. The M12 connector threads on smoothly and securely, the RJ45 connector fits properly, and the cable jacket feels durable enough for an industrial environment. Everything matched the product description. I can’t speak to the long-term durability yet, but based on the build quality and my initial testing, I have no complaints. If you need an M12 D-coded to RJ45 cable for industrial Ethernet devices, this one got the job done.

It works. I originally accidentally purchased these for a camera but realized the camera had a different connector. My camera has an X-Coded M12 but this is D-Coded. However, I can use this to plug my laptop into I/O cards.

So far so good, we are using it to connect a custom audio interface enclosure that we have housed in a ruggedized container.
