A Favorite Quilting Tool
This is my go-to glue stick! I have one at every sewing station, and never leave for a sewing date without one in my bag. The glue is water-soluble, so it is safe for all fabrics. The pen-shape design is perfect for working on detailed designs, allowing more narrow glue lines than a fat glue stick would. It feels nice in your hand and is easy to work with. The glue itself is soft and goes on smoothly (unless you have left the lid off and it has dried out). It applies in the blue color of the stick, but when applied in a light stroke, it will be clear when dry. Perhaps my favorite benefit of this product is that it is refillable! I always have a refill in my bag, so I never have to worry about running out.

Works like a charm.
Goes on blue so you can see what you have glued and dries clear and flexible. What more could you ask?!

Great for sewing velvet and satin
I wish these contained more glue per stick but they are perfect for glueing velvet seam allowances and also slippery satin. Much less messy than spraying temp adhesive for tricky smaller areas. No pins needed, just wonder clips and this glue!

You need to press it with an iron.
I thought it was a fabric glue until I saw it needed to be pressed with an iron. Ugh! I have not used it yet, thought it was pretty expensive with the shipping costs. I have not started the project for which I bought the glue. I would assume Fons & Porter would be good. The lady on a video doing this project said that is what she uses, thus I bought it.

Solid product, but not much for the price
I'm using this glue for English paper piecing and it does the job very well. I especially like the precision of the narrow tip and the pliability of the glue - it's been easy to remove and reuse my papers. My one complaint is how much you get for the price - a single refill lasts only about 100 pieces, so it can add a substantial cost to a large project.

A great English paper piecing glue
The Fons and Porter water soluble fabric glue is great glue for English paper piecing or other projects where you are temporarily gluing fabric together. I don't think this glue is meant for the long term as 2 glued pieces of fabric can be easily pulled apart. For that reason, it makes a great glue for gluing your fabric around the paper pieces for English paper piecing (and also regular paper piecing). This glue looks and works exactly like the more expensive Sew Line glue.

Great product
This glue stick was easy to use and not messy like some similar items are. Great for placing applique.

I have used these for years -
I have used these for years and when I first bought them they were expensive, now they are super expensive for a little glue stick. They work as described and were cheaper here on Amazon than in Joanns. They do what they were designed for and don't take up any more space than an ink pin in your sewing kit.

Works so well!
This thing works great! The glue goes on blue so you can see it easily but dries clear. It’s quite solid, I use it for English paper piecing and it works so well for my purposes. Really speeds up the process instead of basting.

Bien
Me ha facilitado coser mucho. Depende del tipo de tejido no pega tan bien en todos tipos pero cuando repasas unas veces si que pega. No me ha decepcionado.
