Are the USB ports regular, fast, or superfast?

It depends upon the device you are charging and the cables you use. This device has 2 USB-A Output: 2.4A MAX and 1 USB-C Output: 3A MAX. They are only used for charging or powering USB devices. In order to get the maximum charging speed, you will need short USB cables with the maximum current transfer. It helps to use only 1 USB device at a time but these specifications allow for all three to operate simultaneously at standard levels. A USB-C device can charge at 5A but this device cannot provide that current.
