Sturdy good design
Okay so I’ll start off by saying this is the exact product as described, which I appreciate because other sellers don’t include hardware. Just a word of advice, you may have to do some basic modifications to fit your style window, but in the end they provide measurements and if you need longer screws it’s like $6 at Home Depot. I got it for my 12,000 BTU air con and it fits perfectly, (I actually bought two and used them both) and it seems very sturdy. Putting it together wasn’t bad at all but I didn’t use the instructions you can kind of just tell how to put it together based off its shape. Would definitely buy again.

Did the job and pretty easy to install.

A little complicated to install
This item is more customizable than similar products but because of that it can be a little trickier to install. It definitely holds up my air conditioner though. It works great. Very sturdy and has a rubber grip to grab onto and protect the outer wall.

Easy to install, especially on very thick walls
These brackets are superior (and CHEAPER) to those found at Home Depot. I install ACs for extra money every year and now I only buy these brackets from Jeacent. The prewar buildings here have thick walls but with the newer windows, it's a complicated mess to make a bracket fit. With this one, because of the 3 pieces, it is easier and faster to find the right configuration to make them fit.As long as they keep making them, I'll keep buying them and of course, I'm buying a few more to keep in stock for next summer!

solid bracket
definitely read the instructions. i had this ordered and assembled before my window unit arrived. i had to take it apart and re adjust the bracket. other than that it was very easy to install, window unit went in with ease and even though it did not feel solid to hold up the a/c it proved me wrong. it is very solid.
