The relaxation I feel and my spirit feels very uplifted. I am very sensitive to energy and I feel it run through my body and throughout my spine. There are simple thumb and fingertip positions suggested for various purposes. It seems to take about 1 minute to feel a nice shift in energy. I decided to sleep with it and my cat took over the plate :-) so it must feel good to her too. Sitting on it is helping my lower back pain quite a bit. I have owned some of these plates I got directly from Joel Bruce Wallach in the late 1990's and they still work. I'm so excited about working with these. I'm ordering the green one today.

I'm amazed at how this piece is made. How does he do it? I admire every intricate little precise detail. It's fascinating to look at. I was worried that it may be thin or flimsy, but it's actually quite sturdy. It is also perfectly aligned and cut. The booklet that came with it is full of information and ideas of how to use it. I'm not tremendously sensitive to energy, but even the first time I held this, I felt a light tingling sensation in my hands, similar to the tiny fizzy popping of Pop Rocks Candy from years ago. I really love it! I will likely get another one.

I did not notice any effect touching the disk. The for the amount of money it costs. I consider the so called benefits non existent. Do not recommend this to any one. Give the money to a worthy cause.
