I am not a gym goer by any means, so to be able to see a difference, especially after a few weeks, of using this method is a great boost. I have the makings of a shaped and toned stomach for the first time since I was an active young man, my old jeans now fit (34") instead of 36" heading upwards. I have waited for a few weeks to post this, as though I could see results sooner, it gave me more motivation to shift more unsightly flab, and I now do 30 sit ups a day with it on to hopefully help the progress. I do not do 100, or 60 or do reps, quite the opposite, I often forget, but still use the belt on its own, under or over my t-shirt at work, depending on how warm the weather is. I find the the highest mode the most useful, and have just increased the power over time. No sticky pads to apply, or fiddle with. Just spray with water before I put it around my stomach. Tried the stick on one, but it was hopeless. This stays in place! No pain, no fuss. Water eh? Who would've thought. Wish I had used it during lockdown!

Easy to use - good value - works fine

Have used a slendertone before and good but expensive, this once about half the price, however with half the power, so the cycle time is 15 mins per session, has 6 settings, but there a little harsh, in the fact, they don't build up to a burst, straight in there so quite harsh, the spraying water on to the pads, great idea and that works well

Belt works good, but to really feel its effects you should set the intensity to atleast 7

Easy to use without sticky gel pads or any special conductive gel, just spray the pads with water, put around your waist, select the mide and strength and you're ready to go.I found it useful forGetting a light workout for stomach muscles, howevee don't expect to lose weight, you will need to watch what you eat, and do regular exersize for that.However, after a month one side stopped working, meaning the other side was getting all of the power and doubling the strength. This means if I wish to use it I will need to do one side then tske it off and put it on upside down so that the side that works will exersize my other stomach abs. Best spend more money on a more substatial ab belt.

The item arrived very quickly and excellently packaged. The belt is very adjustable and fits comfortably around the waist. The positioning of the pads are great and the extra side pads mean this gives a full ab workout/tune up. The pads not being the Gel Pad variety means you don’t need to buy replacements once they wear out and the rechargeable battery pack means no more expensive batteries. Everything you need comes in the box, including a very simple bag to keep it all in. Try to eat a healthy diet and this will allow the ab belt to show better results. Try to keep away from fast/fatty foods.The belt workout settings are good, as there are different modes that you can choose which you prefer and what better works for you, I tend to use mode 3.The price is excellent and I am sure does exactly the same as the more expensive belts on the market.

The belt is very large as a size 12 the pads reach right round to my back waist. The velcro straps wrap too far covering one of the side stimulators completely and the velcro has run out before the belt is on firmly. I have had to substantially shorten the under side of the belt and add more velcro to attach the belt properly.The stimulation of the belt can be felt strongly but as it is so large I'm not sure it is targeting the correct muscles.Overall I think it's good but offering a smaller size would be excellent

Realmente funciona. Teniendo en cuenta que los ejercicios para abdominales tradicionales dañan la espalda , este aparato a este precio se revela como imprescindible. Son todo ventajas y es muy fácil de usar. Por sus caracteristicas deberia costar el doble puesto que al no tener cable lo puedes usar en la calle . Si lo usas mientras andas o corres es más efectivo . Solo con andar rápido es suficiente.

Devo dire che sono sorpresa, perché mi aspettavo una potenza scarsa, invece gli impulsi (regolabili d’intensità da 1a15) sono davvero potenti. Naturalmente non possono uguagliare i macchinari dei centri estetici in quanto ad efficenza, ma la tensione è davvero alta. Ho già un set con pile, è completo per braccia, glutei e addome, ma la tensione è piuttosto blanda. Mi aspettavo più o meno la stessa cosa, con il vantaggio, però, di averlo ben fermo visto che è a cintura, mentre i patch di quello che ho cascano continuamente e si staccano dalla pelle se non uso qualcosa per tenerli fermi.Ed effettivamente la tenuta ci sta, ma la cosa che mi ha sorpresa positivamente è che è molto più potente, inoltre prende anche gli addominali obliqui, cosa che non faceva quello che già possiedo.Un’altra grande comodità è il poterlo caricare con il cavetto in dotazione, così non si deve temere un calo di potenza man mano che si utilizza.Per quanto riguarda i risultati, questo onestamente non posso ancora dirlo, perché l’ho ricevuto solo oggi. I risultati si vedono chiaramente, drena e snellisce la parte trattata. Ho perso parecchi cm abbinando una dieta e dell’allenamento cardio. È anche piacevole come massaggio defaticante.Mi raccomando a bagnare la pelle, altrimenti gli impulsi possono risultare quasi dolorosi. Consiglio di aumentare l’intensità man mano che il corpo si abitua, perché specialmente certi programmi possono dare un po’ fastidio.
