Kit looked good quality at first, and the Smart Home app to set up wifi control was OK, a bit fiddly with getting on 2.4ghz rather than 5g but managed to set up. However after a few lights on periods I moticed the mains adapter "fizzing" quite loudly when leds not illuminated. After the first 24 hours the lights lit up on the timer then just switched off., They also dropped off the WiFi, and they are close to one of my Nova mesh wifi boxes . This keeps happening so either the ac power adapter is faulty or just bad quality and the wifi controller is poor quality or bad signal. I have purchased many wifi LED strings at a similiar price point and all manage to stay connected and useable. Not a good product . Update - the unit no longer responds to the smart home app eg when it disconnects / re add . It is now in the bin.

Bought specifically to be able to use either its own app or add.to current app that controls smart bulbs ... this product is useless and will not do either ! Tried with the phone and router inches from the bloomin switch, so much flashing going on with repeated attempts a neighbour came over to check I was OK !! Waste of money for intended purpose.

Love these lights, on most sets I viewed the light are space far apart, these were the only reasonably priced set that had lots of lights which worked with Alexa. Easy to set up, had to connect through the slow blinking light by holding the control button for 6 seconds, work perfectly with voice control and look pricey. The sticky could do with being slightly stronger, overall I give these lights a 9.5 out of 10

These lights are amazing. We have just purchased some more to do the shelves on the other side

Great light the only thing is that the app doesn’t seem to want to connect to our phone and can’t seem to figure out why.
