PaceMedium Nacho Cheese Sauce, 10.5 oz Can

Close to squirt nachos you get from places that have that warm cheese. Could not stop eating it til the can was gone, really dresses up some cheap chips at costco. This is a must have for layered bean dip! I like that it is smaller can then most can soups, because you cant stop eating it and that would be too much for my aging septic system :) The medium is perfect, perhaps 6 or 7 on heat scale, it isnt a slouch but you arent dying for milk either. Quite the bargain for 1.76 and you cannot buy this at the grocery store for some reason. A must have for any pantry, good for many uses and a nice flavor for canned cheese.

This is an intense medium spice. I feel like I have a well adjusted pallette. I'm not sensitive to heat, but I don't chase the burn. For instance, I love a jalapeno pizza but once in a while I'll come across one that makes me sweat a little.The cheese sauce on chips alone burnt me up. Seriously, it's been 10-15 minutes and I still feel it.....not only in my mouth, but there are all sorts of weird sensations taking place. It's a decent nacho cheese, I'm not really mad at it, but never in a million years did I expect such an ordeal from a product labeled "medium". And I don't know what they use, but it's just cheese and heat. There is no pepper flavor which is odd.Heat is so subjective I'm not sure anyone is going to quite understand what just happened based on a random review, but for the love of all that is sacred, proceed with caution. This cheapo cheese in a can is no joke.

I can't find cans of nacho cheese sauce in the grocery stores so I bought these. My use for these is for nachos or a drizzly cheese sauce for fries. For the spice level, I love spicy food and this cheese has a kick to it. Definately not a mild spicy for those eho csn't handle some heat. As expected, the sauce does thin and get runny when you heat it. Mixing in some shredded cheese helps thicken it back up. The taste isn't a classic concession stand nacho cheese, but I can add some spices to get the flavor where I want it. Overall it isn't bad and I can work with it since I can't find anything local.

I wanted to try this product because I've not seen it in the store. I have stomach issues and was worried that the heat would be too much, but that wasn't the case at all. It's at a low heat, reasonably priced, and a great value. I will definitely be repurchasing.

Let me begin by saying I grew up in the 80’s. My favorite Nacho Cheese is Frito Lay’s Jalapeño Cheddar followed closely by stadium nacho cheese which I’ve found at Sam’s. I didn’t want a whole tub from Sam’s so decided to try the really affordable can of Pace. Here’s my thoughts:Pros: Really affordable, fast delivery, actually has a little spice to itCons: A little runny, nacho flavor a little lacking, kinda blah. Might taste better if warmed I didn’t do that.Recommendation: Buy if hosting a party of kids and they’re 10yrs old or less. Or if you got volun-told to host a party and want to offend anyone with a reasonable sense of taste.

These have a nice kick, I think I would put it closer to medium than mild. Good flavor if you're craving some good saucy cheese nachos!

Great taste!! Medium spice level. Green chile flavor comes through nicely. Not salty like most quesos, even better than the traditional American cheese products (blocks). Visible small chunks of red and green peppers. I've served it over omelets, broccoli, asparagus, rice, mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak, baked chicken and pork chops. Needs more cheese flavor, thin texture, spicy for being mild..
