Great - easy to use
Have used multiple times now and very happy . Bought on deal so good value for money. Comes with paddle and carrying case which is great.Works well once you know what to do, you have to let the stone get to the right temperature then cooks perfect. Very happy.

Can make fantastic pizza...with some practice.
Ok, these pizza ovens do make better pizza than a regular oven, it will take a few tries to really start to get it right. Even just keeping the fire burning has a little knack to it (instructions were rubbish for this info but they have a YouTube video that makes it clearer) , so you're not letting it die down & you don't smother it either. The internal pizza stone doesn't clean up too well. Spill cheese or whatever on it & you'll have a reminder for as long as you keep it...good or bad move that the stone is white...hmmm....Build, could be improved, there's little traces of rust appearing on it, despite it being largely stainless steel, but the black painted roof/hood could be the culprit. It's riveted on. It does manage to change shape a fraction as it gets warm. Heat it & the door of mine ever so slightly gets pushed out at the bottom & won't go back until it cools. It's definitely more of a faff than using a regular oven, but this makes better pizza than a regular oven....you also can't really take your regular oven outside, into the sunshine. It's certainly quite a bit cheaper than the likes of an Ooni, but I'd say the Ooni's are slightly better made. I guess that's the slight trade off.Not sure I can get this up to the 500°C that cooks a pizza in 60 seconds, but I can knock one out in about 3 minutes & it does taste great. Get some friends round, get some pizzas going & you won't fail to impress them.

Perfect Pizza FAST and easy
Very impressed with the Salter Pizza Oven. Its super simple to set up in less than 10mins out of the box and comes with everything you need to cook pizza including a Pizza Paddle. The oven is suitable for Pizza up to 12”.I already ordered a sack of wood pellets ready for Pizza Sunday and after popping them into the oven and lighting, it was up to 400° in 5mins which is impressive. We had already made our homemade Pizza’s and had them all ready to go. Each 12” Pizza took 60 secs to cook perfectly, you do need to rotate your pizza after 30secs so as the heat from the back is much hotter. After just a few minutes we had 4 hot perfectly cooked Pizza’s on the table ready to go.Cleaning the Oven was quick and easy and you can empty the wood pellet box and ash. The set also comes with a carry bag to store the pizza oven away without having to take it all apart making it easier to get out next time.If you love Pizza or just eating outside in the Garden then this is a perfect addition, its quick easy to use and makes perfect Pizza every time. It’s also amazing value.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.

Doesn’t get to temperature
I purchased this item based on the one review available and the fact it appeared to be a bargain at £99.99 compared to the more popular brands like ooni at £200+On the first try using some pellets recommended by Amazon as a bundle the oven would not go above 250 degrees despite following the instructions and continually feeding the hopper. On the plus side we did get some nice pizza’s but took up to 5 minutes to cook, and therefore not quite the same as the super hot ovens which gives a very different result.I also cooked a steak in a cast iron skillet and it was more broiled than baked.I have ordered different better quality pellets to see if this was the issue, however after reading some new reviews where other purchasers have bought the ooni hardwood pellets I’m not holding out much hope.Update—Now tried with other pellets, it’s much improved, getting to higher temperature, however still just under 300 degrees so pizza and steak in a cast iron skillet cook but not in the claimed times etc. so for ab oven that cost £99 it’s ok however with hindsight I would have bought the more expensive ooni

Great oven but needs some practice
A great little oven, first time we used it was a bit of a disaster, couldn’t get it up to heat. I found a little cheat online which is to point a battery powered fan towards the fire box. Worked a charm, gets up to temperature quickly and holds it when opening the door.

Big disappointment
Biggest disappointment ever, doesn't get nearly hot enough, dough sticks to pizza spade then sticks to the stone, burns the back, doesn't cook all the way through, took one hour to heat and 39 mins to try and cook, was raw in the middle, ended up putting them in the oven in the kitchen, dosent stay hot either, completely rubbish

Fantastic!!
So I was bought this by my lass and after reading the reviews I was worried about getting a soggy bottom and not cooking properly. After using it first time I must say it was awesome!! We followed the instructions plus gave extra time to get to temperature, made our own dough, which wasn't too thick, and the pizzas we spot on!! Very happy with this
